Site Safety Manager
Required on new construction or demolition sites 15 stories and above or 100,000 square feet or greater.
Site Safety Coordinator
Required on new buildings 10 to 14 stories under construction or demolition.
Licensed Superintendent
Required at new buildings and buildings under demolition nine stories and below.
Concrete Safety Manager (CSM)
Required on construction sites that need 2,000 cubic yards or more of concrete.
Fire Safety Manager (CFSM)
Designated when a building project requires a Site Safety Manager or Site Safety Coordinator.
